Order Confirmation and Policy Agreement

By placing an order on the Angela’s Closet website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy. Completing a purchase means you understand the conditions for returns, refunds, and order handling described below.

You also acknowledge that this policy may be used as supporting documentation in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, together with order confirmations, tracking details, and communication records.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, as long as the following conditions are met.

Return Conditions

Items must not have been worn, used, or washed.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Items should only have been handled to the extent necessary to inspect them.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, it will normally be inspected and processed within 7 business days. Angela’s Closet reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of heavy use, damage, or misuse that was not caused by us.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

A short explanation of why you wish to return the item

Photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective

Your full name and shipping address

After reviewing your request, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your item.

Please do not send any items back without first receiving confirmation and instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt until your return has been completed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the package.

A brief explanation of the issue

Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

Once we review the information, we will determine the best solution. Depending on the situation and product availability, we may offer a replacement.

In some situations, defective products may not need to be returned. If a replacement is approved, it is usually arranged within 7 to 14 business days.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.

Our support team will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and assist in arranging a replacement or refund if the package is officially confirmed as lost.

If a package is refused at delivery, left unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, an administrative and shipping fee of $35 CAD may be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellations

Under applicable consumer protection laws, you may request to cancel an order within 30 days of receiving your items.

Because our order fulfillment process is largely automated, we cannot stop an order once it has already been shipped. In that case, you may follow the return process after delivery.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact our customer support team first so we can help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Angela’s Closet may provide your payment provider with relevant documentation, such as:

Shipping and tracking records

Email correspondence with the customer

Photos or evidence related to the order

Filing a dispute without contacting us first may delay the resolution process.

Additional Information

Returns are sent to our international fulfillment warehouse. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Angela’s Closet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or international transit.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products returned in used or unsanitary condition cannot be accepted.

Return shipping and handling costs are not covered by Angela’s Closet unless otherwise stated.
